Our Refund Policy

Online Courses – Full Refund Within 30-Days of Purchase

If you are dissatisfied with your online course, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 25% of the course or accessed the downloads folder on certain courses (an on-screen warning will be displayed). Simply email us at contact@thinkspace.ac.uk using the email associated with your account.

Bootcamps – Full Refund Within 7 Days of Start Date

Due to the personalized tutoring involved in Bootcamps, you can request a full refund if you change your mind within 7 days of the Bootcamp start date, regardless of when you purchased your place.

Important Notes

• Our money-back policy is applicable only once. After a refund has been issued, the money-back policy does not apply to any subsequent purchases made from ThinkSpace Education.

• Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser’s card and cannot be transferred to a third-party account.

• The policies on this page do not apply to our Master’s Degrees. For inquiries about the cancellation and refund policy for Master’s Degrees, please email us at postgraduate@thinkspace.ac.uk.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 which can be found at Office of Public Sector Information website.
